कोर्स का सिलेबस: फिटर ट्रेड का सिलेबस निम्नलिखित विषयों को कवर करता है:

• Workshop Tools and Equipment: Introduction to various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments used in mechanical fitting and assembly work.
• Engineering Drawing: Understanding engineering drawings, symbols, and dimensions used in mechanical engineering.
• Fitting Techniques: Learning about various fitting techniques such as marking, filing, sawing, drilling, tapping, and grinding. Emphasis is placed on precision and accuracy in component assembly.

• Machine Tools: Introduction to basic machine tools like lathe machines, drilling machines, milling machines, and grinding machines. Learning how to operate these machines and perform basic machining operations.
• Mechanical Assembly: Techniques for assembling mechanical components, understanding assembly drawings, and using fasteners like bolts, nuts, screws, and rivets.
• Welding and Brazing: Basic knowledge of welding and brazing processes used in metal joining.
• Maintenance and Repair: Introduction to the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems. Learning how to identify faults, dismantle and replace faulty components, and reassemble equipment.
• Quality Control: Understanding quality control techniques, measuring and inspecting components for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
